CCE LiveKit — SFU/TURN placement options

A — on the 8 GB ECS VM: right-sized, hostNetwork UDP is simplest for a media server, no STUNner. ELB UDP/SIP listeners → VM.
B — in CCE pods: consistent with EKS, but the livekit-server pool is ~2.5 GB (undersized → resize), and the 8 GB VM sits idle.
